Mars Studios is a small, independent software and game studio based in Portland, Oregon. We design and build thoughtful apps and games — the kind of work that's worth doing, done the way it should be done.

The studio was founded in 2026 as Mars Studios LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. We're intentionally small. That's not a limitation — it's the point. A tight operation means every decision is deliberate and every detail gets attention, from the first idea to the last bit of polish.

How we work

We build across two domains that often overlap: games and software. The through-line is intentionality. We make things that are worth building, built the way they should be built — approachable, well-crafted, and respectful of the people who use them.

What we value

• Quality over speed. We ship things right, not just fast. When a corner matters, we don't cut it.
• Intentionality. Every feature, every screen, every word earns its place.
• Iteration. We ship a solid version and improve from there. Perfect is a moving target; good and getting better is a habit.
